The Tessa Youngblood House in Mason City, Iowa, is a Prairie School style residence completed in 1922 by local contractor John Taylor. The two-story structure presents a stuccoed exterior above a brick base, topped by a heavy roof with deep fascia characteristic of the Prairie School aesthetic. The house underwent significant modifications in 1958, when an attached rear garage was converted into a room and a second-story addition was constructed above it; a detached garage was also built that year. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980, the house and its detached garage were designated contributing properties within the Forest Park Historic District in 2015.
