The Investment Building in Washington, D.C. is a 13-story office tower completed in 2001 following an interior renovation and redesign by César Pelli, the architect known for the Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur. Rising 154 feet, it ranks among the city's 32nd-tallest structures. The modern building incorporates the historic façade of an earlier Investment Building designed by Jules Henri de Sibour in 1910 and completed in 1924, preserving that landmark's character while rising two additional floors. The structure houses exclusively commercial office space, primarily occupied by the law firm Sidley Austin and the Washington office of UBS, with the Catholic Information Center, a Catholic bookstore, located on its ground floor.
