The Oxford is a historic multiunit residential building in Waltham, Massachusetts, constructed in 1897 during a major phase of development on the city's South Side. Built as a double triple decker apartment house—a typology of which few examples survive in the area—it exemplifies Colonial Revival architecture with well-preserved details including a dentillated and modillioned cornice. The front façade features a pair of bowed window projections flanking the entry, which is sheltered by a portico supported by Tuscan columns. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
