Located at 414 Olive Way in Seattle, the Times Square Building is a five-story Beaux-Arts landmark completed in 1916. Designed by local architects Bebb and Gould, the building features a distinctive flatiron shape, surrounded entirely by streets—4th Avenue, Olive Way, Stewart Street, and 5th Avenue. Originally called the Times Building, it housed the editorial operations of the Seattle Times newspaper until 1930. The structure was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983 and designated a city landmark in 1984.
