Tip Top is a historic mansion in Clarksville, Tennessee, built in 1859 for J. P. Williams, a tobacconist. The two-story house blends Greek Revival design with Italianate influences, notably paired brackets under its eaves and grilled ironwork. Its interior was later modified with Colonial Revival styling. The residence gained prominence as the home of Tennessee Governor Malcolm Patterson from 1909 to 1912, before passing to the Trahern family. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since July 15, 1998.
