Tour Duo comprises two skyscrapers designed by Jean Nouvel in Paris's 13th arrondissement, positioned along the ring road toward Ivry-sur-Seine as part of a planned "belt" of towers marking the city's periphery. The taller tower reaches 180 meters, ranking as Paris's third-highest building after the Eiffel Tower and Tour Montparnasse. The mixed-use complex spans over 108,000 square meters, housing the headquarters of banking group BPCE alongside offices, a hotel, restaurant, bar with panoramic terrace, auditorium, shops, and green spaces. Construction began in March 2017, with both towers completed and delivered in 2021.
