Tour La Marseillaise is a 136-meter office skyscraper designed by Ateliers Jean Nouvel and completed in 2018 in Marseille's Euroméditerranée district. Part of the Les Quais d'Arenc development complex and situated near the CMA CGM Tower, the building rises 31 floors and is distinguished by its innovative tricolor facade design. The structure was developed by Constructa Urban Systems and ranked second in the 2018 Emporis Skyscraper Award.
