Tour To-Lyon is a mixed-use skyscraper designed by architect Dominique Perrault in the La Part-Dieu business district of Lyon's 3rd arrondissement, completed in 2023. Standing 171 meters tall, it is Lyon's second-tallest building after Tour Incity. The tower combines 66,000 square meters of office space, 10,500 square meters of hotel accommodations, and 3,500 square meters of retail space. The entire office component was acquired by Apicil Group in 2019 for an estimated €500 million, with the project's official foundation stone ceremony held that September in the presence of Lyon's mayor and the architect.
