Tower Court is a 1939 motel on Central Avenue (the historic U.S. Route 66) in Albuquerque, New Mexico, built by Ben F. Shear. One of only a few 1930s motels surviving in the city, it exemplifies Streamline Moderne style with its U-shaped, flat-roofed design and stuccoed exterior featuring rounded corners and horizontal decorative moldings. The complex originally comprised 16 units arranged around a central parking area, with two second-floor units in the central section accessed by an interior staircase. The property was once distinguished by a 30-foot stepped tower—the structure's namesake—though it has since been removed. Tower Court was listed on the New Mexico State Register of Cultural Properties and the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.
