Town Line Church and Cemetery, a historic site in Steuben County, New York, comprises a small Greek Revival frame building erected in 1845 and a surrounding burial ground. The church itself exemplifies vernacular Greek Revival architecture characteristic of mid-nineteenth-century rural New York. The cemetery contains more than 3,030 marked burials, with some grave markers dating back to the 1830s, predating the church structure itself. The site was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.
