Trinity Episcopal Church in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, is the sole Episcopal parish in the city and stands as a notable example of Richardsonian Romanesque architecture. Designed by architect William Waters and completed in 1887, the stone church building represents the congregation's evolution from its founding in 1850 and formal organization as Trinity Episcopal Church in 1854. The building's robust Romanesque Revival style, characterized by heavy masonry and rounded arches typical of the Richardsonian mode, reflects the architectural fashion of the late nineteenth century. Recognized for its historical significance, Trinity was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974 and is also listed in the Wisconsin State Register of Historic Places.
