Tsudō-Shiroyama Kofun is a zenpō-kōen-fun—a keyhole-shaped burial mound characteristic of ancient Japan—located in Fujiidera and dating to around 400 CE. Part of Japan's UNESCO World Heritage designation for kofun sites, this earthen monument represents the monumental funerary architecture of the Kofun period, when such mounds served as imperial and elite tombs. The distinctive zenpō-kōen-fun form, with its rectangular frontal section and circular rear mound, reflects the architectural conventions of fourth-century Japanese tomb construction.
