Located in Dubai's Business Bay district, Ubora Towers is a mixed-use complex of two high-tech structures designed by Aedas and completed in 2011. The development comprises the Ubora Commercial Tower, a 58-story skyscraper rising 263 meters, and the Ubora Residential Tower, a 20-floor building. The commercial tower, topped out in 2011, features lighting design by AWA Lighting Designers. The property was later sold to Senyar Real Estate in mid-2018 and is currently managed by JLL.
