Union City Public Library is a historic Carnegie library in Union City, Indiana, completed in May 1905 following a $10,000 grant from the Carnegie Foundation approved in late 1903. Built of Indiana limestone in the Classical Revival style, the structure features a prominent wooden pediment supported by four Corinthian order columns and a wood balustrade. Designed with Carnegie's approval, it originally comprised an upper main floor and basement storage, though the basement has since been converted to youth services and programming. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2004 and continues to operate as an active public library, serving as one of five library systems in Randolph County.
