Built in 1912 in Oklahoma City, the United States Post Office and Courthouse is a Beaux-Arts structure that originally served as a federal courthouse for the Western District of Oklahoma and briefly housed the United States Court of Appeals—first the Eighth Circuit, then the Tenth Circuit for several decades. The building, which combines Moderne and Beaux-Arts architectural styles, continues to operate as a post office and federal office building, currently housing the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.
