The U.S. Post Office-Dover Main, erected in 1911 on Washington Street in downtown Dover, New Hampshire, exemplifies the Beaux-Arts style and stands as one of the region's rare examples of this classical architectural tradition. The building underwent significant expansions during the 1960s and 1970s to accommodate growing postal operations. Recognized for its architectural and historic significance, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
