The Vaughan House, a 2½-story wood-frame residence at 2201 Broadway in central Little Rock, Arkansas, exemplifies Colonial Revival architecture as designed by noted Arkansas architect Charles L. Thompson around 1910. The structure features clapboard siding, a gabled roof with decorative dormers displaying false half-timbering, and a high brick foundation. A single-story front porch supported by square posts on stone piers provides entry, while most windows are diamond-paned casement windows reflecting Craftsman influences. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
