Located in Sabillasville, Frederick County, Maryland, the Victor Cullen Center's Old Administration Building is a 2½-story Colonial Revival structure of stone and frame construction, distinguished by four stone chimneys positioned on each gable end. Designed by the architectural firm Wyatt & Nolting, the building was originally constructed to serve as the administrative center for the Maryland Tuberculosis Sanatorium, the state's first state-sponsored institution dedicated to tuberculosis treatment. The structure sits prominently on a hillside and was recognized for its historic significance when it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.
