Vilhelmsborg is a neoclassical manor house completed in 1842 in Aarhus Municipality, Denmark, situated ten kilometers south of Aarhus near Beder-Malling in Mårslet Parish. Listed as a protected building by the Danish Heritage Agency in 1945, the estate today serves as the National Equestrian Centre of Denmark and is owned by Aarhus Municipality along with 288 hectares of surrounding land. The manor holds literary significance: H.C. Andersen stayed at Vilhelmsborg on several occasions during the nineteenth century, and some of his fairy tales are said to have been inspired by views of the Mols landscape from the house. The writer Johan Skjoldborg also visited the estate, which inspired elements of his novel *Gyldholm*, a work depicting the harsh conditions faced by farm laborers in late nineteenth-century rural Denmark.
