Villa Chiericati stands in Vancimuglio in the Veneto region of northern Italy, a Palladian villa designed by Andrea Palladio in the early 1550s for the Chiericati family. The villa exemplifies the refined Palladian architectural style that defined the era's grand country estates. Palladio also designed the family's urban residence, Palazzo Chiericati, in Vicenza. The villa was recognized in 1996 as part of UNESCO's World Heritage Site designation for the City of Vicenza and the Palladian Villas of the Veneto, acknowledging its significance within the broader landscape of Renaissance Venetian architecture.
