Villa Rosa, located at 617 West Lafayette in Fayetteville, Arkansas, is a two-story wood-frame residence with brick exterior and tile hip roof, completed in 1925. The variegated light-colored brickwork and arched openings above the first-floor windows and doorway exemplify its Renaissance Revival style, which is further expressed through a portico featuring classical columns and a small balcony. Built by Rosa Zagnoni Marinoni, a prominent regional activist for women's rights who served as Arkansas poet laureate in 1953, the house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.
