Villa Serego, a Palladian villa in San Pietro in Cariano in the province of Verona, was designed by Andrea Palladio for the aristocratic Sarego family. The residence is distinctive for its use of rusticated Ionic columns, a hallmark detail that sets it apart within Palladio's oeuvre of Northern Italian villas. As part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site designation for Palladian villas in the Veneto region, it stands as a significant example of Renaissance architectural achievement.
