The Waite Brick Block, a three-story Greek Revival commercial building at 422–424 Main Street in Malden, Massachusetts, was constructed in 1848 and remains the city's oldest brick structure. Its design features a hip roof crowned by three tapered chimneys, granite-topped window lintels, and a cornice embellished with brick dentil work. The building's most distinctive feature is its curved corner, which follows the original junction of Main and Pleasant Streets. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, it stands as a well-preserved example of mid-nineteenth-century commercial architecture.
