The Walton Wait House is a historic frame dwelling in Parkersburg, West Virginia, built between approximately 1860 and 1870 in a transitional Greek Revival and Italianate style. The two-story structure features a gable roof with an intersecting side gable. Originally positioned elsewhere, the house was relocated to its present site around 1924, a move that reoriented its former front facade to the rear. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
