The Walters House in Morgantown, West Virginia, is a brick Queen Anne dwelling constructed around 1900–1901 whose architect remains unknown. Its most distinctive feature is a three-story tower anchoring the southeast corner, crowned with a wrought-iron balustrade. Originally built as a single-family residence, the house has served multiple institutional purposes since 1931, functioning as a boarding house, fraternity house, home of the University Christian Council, and law offices before becoming the location of the Morgantown Chabad Jewish Center. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983, it stands within the Downtown Morgantown Historic District, which itself was listed in 1996.
