Built in 1898, the Wallace Warren and Lillian Genevieve Bradshaw Kendall House in Superior, Nebraska is a prominent two-story Shingle Style residence that ranks among the town's largest structures. Located at 412 E. Seventh Street and occupying half a block with frontage on three sides, the house showcases distinctive architectural features including a round two-story tower with a conical roof and a Palladian window. While primarily executed in the Shingle Style—evident in the shingle cladding of its second floor—the design incorporates Queen Anne elements visible in the tower and Colonial Revival details such as columns and the Palladian window. The interior and exterior display numerous noteworthy decorative elements. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.
