Located in Selby, South Dakota, the Walworth County Courthouse is a three-story neoclassical structure built in 1911 of brick, sandstone, and concrete. Designed by the Fall River Company, a Hot Springs-based firm led by architect John P. Eisentraut, the building combines utilitarian efficiency with Classical Revival details. A jail building completed the same year, executed in Late Victorian Romanesque style, accompanies the courthouse as part of the complex. The courthouse was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.
