Waynesboro Cumberland Presbyterian Church, located on High Street in Waynesboro, Tennessee, is a Greek Revival brick building that has served as the oldest continuously occupied structure in Wayne County since its dedication in October 1854. The congregation itself was organized around 1846. The church underwent two expansions—in 1946 and 1953—both undertaken to accommodate growing Sunday school programs. For more than a century, from its completion until 1977, the building's second story was shared with a Masonic lodge while the congregation occupied the first floor. The structure was recognized on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
