Wilkesboro Presbyterian Church, located at 205 E. Main Street in Wilkesboro, North Carolina, is a Greek Revival brick structure completed in 1849–50. The building is distinguished by a prominent tetrastyle portico, though its exterior is otherwise plain; a Victorian-era belfry rises incongruously above the portico. The interior maintains similar austerity, with plastered walls and a wood board ceiling. Built by Dameron for $1,040, the church was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982 and stands within the Downtown Wilkesboro Historic District.
