Whitworth Hall, a Gothic Revival structure designed by Paul Waterhouse and completed in 1902, stands on Oxford Road in Manchester's Chorlton-on-Medlock district as part of the University of Manchester. Originally conceived in 1895, the grade II* listed building functions as a concert and multi-purpose hall, occupying the south-east range of the university's historic quadrangle alongside the Manchester Museum to its north and the former Christie Library to its west.
