Located in Webster, Monroe County, New York, the William C. Jayne House is a large two-and-a-half-story residence built between 1917 and 1918 that blends Queen Anne massing with Colonial Revival decorative details. The house showcases high-quality materials throughout, including narrow Roman brick, cast stone, stucco, and wood detailing, topped with ceramic roof tiles. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006, it stands near the Jayne and Mason Bank Building, a companion structure on the Register less than half a mile to the west that once served as a bank co-owned by William C. Jayne.
