The William Hoster House is a historic brick dwelling located at Fayette in Seneca County, New York, originally constructed around 1830 in the Federal style and later modified during the 1850s–1860s with Italianate elements. The four-bay, two-story structure features a hipped roof crowned by a distinctive octagonal cupola. A small gable-roofed corn crib remains on the property. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002, the house once stood prominently visible on a hilltop near NY-414; by 2021, it had become substantially obscured by vegetation.
