The William J. Bernd House is a two-story Queen Anne style residence completed in 1907 in New Richmond, Wisconsin. Clad in clapboard, the house exemplifies the patternbook aesthetic popular in the era, featuring characteristic dormers and a full-width front porch supported by columns with Doric capitals. Lattice work adorns the foundation, completing the ornamental detailing typical of the style. When documented for the National Register of Historic Places in 1988, its exterior remained essentially original to its construction. The house is also listed in the Wisconsin State Register of Historic Places.
