Greenlawn, also known as the William Madison Otey House, is a Greek Revival residence located between Meridianville and Huntsville in Madison County, Alabama. Built in 1849–50 by William Otey to replace his father's early-1810s log house, the structure was substantially modified around 1925 when its original Italianate portico was replaced with the current Greek Revival entrance and a northern wing was added. The two-story main block features a tetrastyle portico with Doric columns, a double front door with sidelights and transom, and an interior arranged around a central hall with paired rooms on either side; notable architectural details include exposed chimneys that pass behind the pediment before exiting through the gable roof. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, the house now anchors a subdivision development while retaining the adjacent Otey family cemetery.
