Woodlawn, also known as the Thomas England House, was a Greek Revival mansion located near Smyrna in Kent County, Delaware. Originally built in 1741 by James Morris of Philadelphia as Morris Rambles, the house underwent extensive renovations after its 1853 sale to George Wilson Cummins, when it received its new name. The two-story frame dwelling featured a five-bay, temple-front design with a monumental pedimented portico supported by six Doric columns and a gable roof, complemented by a one-story kitchen wing with a low hipped roof. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, the building was demolished on July 14, 2017, despite preservation efforts.
