The William–Oliver Building at 32 Peachtree Street NW in downtown Atlanta's Five Points district is a 1930 Art Deco landmark designed by architect Francis Palmer Smith of the firm Pringle and Smith. As Atlanta's first completed Art Deco skyscraper, it stands as an early example of the style's adoption in the city. Originally developed by Thomas G. Healey and named after his grandsons William and Oliver, the tower block now houses 115 apartments within its mixed-use structure that combines office and residential functions.
