Woodland Terrace is a historic district of twin mansions in West Philadelphia, designed by architect Samuel Sloan and built in 1861 by developer Charles M. S. Leslie. Located between 40th and 41st streets, running from Baltimore Avenue to Woodland Avenue, the street showcases Renaissance Revival architecture. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1972. The neighborhood later became home to prominent twentieth-century architect Paul Cret, who resided at 516 Woodland Terrace for much of his Philadelphia career.
