The Woodland Street Historic District comprises 19 Victorian residences lining Woodland Street in Worcester, Massachusetts' Main South neighborhood, between Charlotte and Oberlin Streets. Developed beginning in the late 1860s on the city's urban fringe, the district grew substantially in the 1890s as housing demand accelerated and large western lots were subdivided. The houses showcase Queen Anne and Second Empire styles from the earliest phase, with later examples in Colonial Revival, including the notable Frank Heath House at 11 Loudon Street, distinguished by its high hip roof, full front porch, and Palladian windows. Located adjacent to Clark University's campus, some buildings serve the institution for housing and administration. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
