Wrocław Główny, the largest and busiest railway station in Poland, dominates a junction of major routes in southwestern Wrocław. Built in 1856 and designed in the Art Nouveau style, it stands as the principal passenger hub for Lower Silesia Voivodeship and an architectural heritage monument. The station's significance has grown dramatically in recent decades: it served over 21 million passengers in 2018 and nearly 30 million by 2023, cementing its status as the country's most heavily trafficked railway station.
