Wycliffe College, an evangelical theological seminary established in 1877 on the University of Toronto's St. George campus, represents a landmark of Richardsonian Romanesque architecture in Toronto. Designed by the architectural partnerships of George M. Miller with David Brash Dick and later Gordon & Helliwell with Chapman and Oxley, the college was founded in the Anglican tradition but has evolved to serve students from diverse Christian denominations worldwide. As a constituent member of the Toronto School of Toronto's ecumenical consortium, it prepares students for ordained ministry, pastoral work, and academic theological scholarship, drawing a global student body to one of Canada's major centers for theological education.
