The YMCA–Democrat Building is a three-story brick commercial structure in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas, built in 1904 and designed by the prominent local firm Sanders & Gibb. Executed in restrained Renaissance Revival style with molded stone trim, the building originally served as the home of the local YMCA before later housing the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, one of the state's leading newspapers. Later alterations have somewhat obscured its original character. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.
