Located at 304 Main Street in Little Rock, Arkansas, the Taylor Building stands as a rare surviving example of nineteenth-century commercial architecture in the city. Constructed in 1897, this three-story masonry structure employs load-bearing brick with limestone trim and exemplifies Romanesque Revival design. The façade features a commercial storefront at street level, while the upper stories display three windows framed by two-story columns that rise to limestone capitals and terminate in finely crafted Romanesque arches. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
