The Maxwell F. Mayer House, a two-story Tudor Revival residence built between 1922 and 1925 at 2016 Battery Street in Little Rock, Arkansas, was designed by the local architect Maximilian F. Mayer. Its architectural style stands notably apart from the surrounding neighborhood, which is predominantly composed of Craftsman and Colonial Revival houses. The structure features a side-gable roof with a distinctive large projecting gable at its right end, whose roofline descends to the first floor to shelter a porte-cochere. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.
