Its distinctive H-shaped plan (lacking one arm at the rear) features two projecting gable-ended sections flanking a central portion whose roof ridge runs parallel to the street. Large multipane windows punctuate both gable sections, while the right gable is embellished with a trio of decorative square elements at its peak. The entry is positioned at the left side of the center section, accompanied by an adjacent window. Recognized as a notable local example of Tudor Revival architecture, the house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.
