The Kahn-Jennings House, located at 5300 Sherwood Street in Little Rock, Arkansas, is a 2½-story stone residence designed by local architect Max Mayer for real estate developer Sidney Kahn. Built to evoke a grand English country house, the structure exemplifies Tudor Revival and Renaissance Revival architecture. Constructed in the Prospect Terrace neighborhood—a deliberately exclusive upper-class enclave that commanded views of central Little Rock—the house reflects the aspirations of early twentieth-century residential development. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.
