Yule House is a five-story office building at 309-311 Little Collins Street, Melbourne, designed by the Melbourne firm Oakley & Parkes and completed in 1932. Built as a fireproof replacement for an earlier structure destroyed by fire in 1931, it stands as one of Melbourne's earliest examples of Streamline Moderne architecture—a branch of Art Deco that the building helped popularize throughout the 1930s. The property had been owned by William Yule since the early 1900s and remained part of his estate until 1985. Yule House is listed on the Victorian Heritage Register.
