The Zeb Edmiston House in Cane Hill, Arkansas, is a single-story wood-frame dwelling built in 1872 by a local businessman of the prominent Edmiston family. Constructed in the Neoclassical style, it exemplifies a post-Civil War revival of Greek Revival aesthetics through its weatherboard siding, stone foundation, and side gable roof. A distinctive gable-roofed portico shelters the front entry, supported by classically inspired posts mounted on paneled pedestals, while an ell extends rearward from the center. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, the house was acquired by Historic Cane Hill, Inc., a nonprofit organization, in 2015 and subsequently restored. The property sits within the 100-year floodplain and has historically experienced inundation from Jordan Creek during significant rainfall.
