The Zeb Ward Building is a two-story commercial structure in Little Rock, Arkansas, completed in 1881 in the Italianate style. Built by Zeb Ward, then lessee of the Arkansas State Penitentiary, the building was likely constructed by prison labor using bricks fabricated in the penitentiary yard. Its masonry facade combines brick with cast iron storefront surrounds, while the upper level features narrow windows set within segmented-arch and round-arch openings embellished with brick headers. The front facade culminates in a stepped parapet. Recognized for its architectural and historical significance, the building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.
