The Zhongzhou Holdings Financial Center is a 303-metre supertall skyscraper completed in 2014 in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China. Designed by renowned architect Adrian Smith in postmodern style, the mixed-use tower combines office and hospitality functions, anchored by a 340-room Marriott hotel. The building's most distinctive feature is a large atrium serving the upper floors that is prominently visible from the exterior, creating a dramatic void within the glass and reinforced concrete structure. Construction on the project began in 2009 and took five years to complete.
