The Ziebach County Courthouse stands on Main Street in Dupree, South Dakota, serving as the seat of county government since its completion in 1931–32. Designed by the Sioux Falls architectural firm Hugill and Blatherwick, this three-story brick structure exemplifies modest Classical Revival styling. Its roughly rectangular form comprises three sections, with one projecting slightly to create a portico effect, complete with pilasters and a triangular gabled pediment. Built to replace deteriorating facilities from 1911, it has remained the primary home of county offices and court operations since construction. Though architecturally restrained, it stands as one of the county's largest and most distinctive buildings and was recognized with listing on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.
